Born and raised in Sussex County, Tyler has always had instinctual passion for Delaware outdoors and waterways. Since fishing the Bay with his dad at age five, he has developed an ambition for enjoyment of nature which he now passes on to his three children.
Tyler began working when he was 12 years old and held his first management position at 16. He has accumulated a dynamic management background with experience ranging from restaurants to laboratories. After high school, Tyler majored in Biological Sciences at University of Delaware with intentions of becoming a certified physical therapist. Halfway through the first year of college, however, he realized that he desired a career working outdoors. This compelled him to concentrate his education on ecology and environmental biology.
Tyler now finds himself working directly with landscapes of the same watershed that intrigued him as a child. At Envirotech, Tyler provides oversight, support, and customer service for all operations of the Environmental Management Services Division. This versatile and responsive sector specializes in stormwater management and maintenance, compliancy regulations and corrective actions, conservation landscape design and implementation, and more.
